Shipping times are indicated in each product listing. Nearly everything in my shop is Made to Order... as soon as it is ready I will get it to you! If you need something by a specific date, leave a note to seller in your order, or send us a message! We are always happy to work to meet a specific deadline.

Returns & exchanges

If there is an issue with your order, please contact me immediately and we can work out an exchange/refund with the exception of the return policies listed below:

Items lost or delayed in the mail

PLEASE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS. If an item was shipped out to the address as provided through the buyer in a timely manner, no refunds or replacement will be given for items lost or delayed in shipment. Unfortunately I can not control the mail and have no ability to change what happens once an item is shipped. Apologies for any inconvenience. 

Damaged items

I do my best to package our items to arrive as expected, however, sometimes things are mishandled in shipping and arrive damaged. I ask the buyer to send a photo of the damaged item and package when possible and ship the damaged item back to us. A replacement item will be sent to the buyer. 

No refunds will be given for items broken through mishandling. No refunds will be given for items which do not meet buyer expectation for item details covered in the item's listing (size, color, correct use, etc.) 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Earrings that have been worn (for health/hygiene reasons)


Buyer pays return shipping. Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded. Return address is in Salem, WI.
